An online women's-only deer hunting tournament — firearms edition.

Opening Day: Saturday, November 22, 2025 (based on WV gun season)
Final Day to Submit Harvests: Sunday, December 15, 2025 (11:59 PM EST)
Winner Announcement: Saturday, December 21, 2025

Open to licensed female hunters in any U.S. state with an active gun season during tournament dates.
Rules & Entry Requirements
No archery kills allowed in this tournament.
Legal Firearms Only
All entries must be harvested using a legal firearm as defined by your state (rifle, shotgun, or muzzleloader depending on region)
Handguns are permitted if legal for deer in your state.

Follow All State Laws
You must hunt legally with a valid license and abide by all local regulations (e.g., blaze orange requirements, tagging rules).
Veila Outdoors is not responsible for any legal violations.
Photo Submission Requirements
Submit 2–3 clear, timestamped photos of your harvest:
One of you with your deer and your firearm (muzzleloader, rifle, etc.).
One close-up of your tag (if required by your state).
Optional: photo of your spent casing or hunting setup for bonus entry.
All submissions due by 11:59 PM EST on December 15, 2025 to your confirmation email link.
Scoring & Judging Criteria
This is not a big buck contest. Judging focuses on:
Shot placement & clean harvest (20 pts)
Field photo quality (10 pts)
Conservation support: 5 bonus pts for harvesting a doe
Short written hunt story (optional, up to 5 bonus pts)
All entries judged anonymously by a selected 3-person panel.
Disqualification Grounds
Any evidence of illegal harvest or unsafe handling results in disqualification.
Submissions found to be inauthentic or misleading will also be disqualified.
Prize Categories
Brass Royale Champion – Highest overall judged score
Best Field Photo – Most visually compelling and clean
Precision Shot Award – Best shot placement
Shell Caster Award – Random drawing from those who submit a pic of their spent casing or gear
Hunt Story Favorite – Best written entry about the experience

By entering this tournament, you agree to:
Hunt responsibly and legally in your state.
Submit only original photos and truthful information.
Allow Veila Outdoors to feature your story and photo with credit.
Promote ethical hunting and women’s representation in the outdoors.
