An online archery-only deer hunting tournament for women.

Opening Day: Saturday, September 28, 2025
Final Day to Submit Harvests: Sunday, December 1, 2025 (11:59 PM EST)
Winner Announcement: Saturday, December 7, 2025

Entry Fee: $25
Registration Deadline: September 26, 2025
Open to licensed female bowhunters in any U.S. state where archery season is active.
Rules & Entry Requirements
Legal Harvests Only
You must follow all state hunting regulations for bow season and submit proof of a legally harvested deer using archery equipment (compound, recurve, longbow, or crossbow).
No firearms or muzzleloaders allowed in this competition.
Photo Submissions Required
Submit 2–3 clear, timestamped photos of your harvest:
One of you with the deer and your bow.
One close-up of the tag (if your state requires tagging).
Optional: Photo of broadhead and arrow for bonus entry.
Photos must be submitted via your confirmation email (preferred) or emailed to veilaoutdoors@gmail.com by the deadline.
Scoring & Judging
This is not a size-only contest. Entries will be judged based on:
Shot placement & ethical harvest (20 pts)
Clean field photo quality (10 pts)
Doe vs. Buck: bonus 5 pts for does (conservation support)
Story submission (optional, up to 5 bonus pts)
All judging is done blindly by a 3-person panel.
No Poaching or Ineligible Weapons
Any violation of state game laws or use of non-archery weapons = disqualification.
Veila Outdoors reserves the right to disqualify entries for unsafe or unethical practices.

Top Markswoman – Highest judged score
Best Field Photo – Aesthetic & clarity
Ethical Harvest Award – Best shot placement & clean kill
Broadhead Queen – Random drawing among those who submit a pic of their broadhead/arrow post-harvest
Storyteller Award – Best short write-up about the hunt
